Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order without an account. However, an account offers you some advantages, such as:

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?". You will then be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.

How safe are my online purchases?
When placing orders using your credit card, all of your information is entered on a SSL secured page. This information is sent SSL encrypted to our credit card network, where your payment is securely authorized. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

What is the delivery time?
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, with an average delivery time of 7-14 business days. You will also receive a Track and Trace code for your shipment.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information by email. Usually, you will receive the tracking number the day after it has been shipped. You can track your order here.
